I am not a serious person, but I take what I do very seriously. I strive to help the children I care for AND their parents feel valued. I have a good sense of humor and there is a lot of laughter in my home. There is no TV available for the children to watch. We entertain ourselves through laughing, singing, dancing, running, reading, doing puzzles and other manipulative activities. Busy kids are happy kids. We also enjoy studying nature and learning to respect it. If you can respect a spider, you can respect ANYTHING, and respect for people and things is one of the most important lessons you must learn in life.
